Real Women. Real Stories. Real Sisterhood.

Behind every strong woman is a conversation that changed everything

Sometimes the conversations that change us the most never get recorded. They happen at coffee shops, in cars after an event, or during those quiet moments when a friend or mentor looks at you and says something that shifts everything.

Inside The Women 360, those conversations happen every single day. Women share stories of courage, messy starts, hard lessons, breakthroughs, heartbreaks, growth, rebuilding, rediscovering who they are and who they are becoming. And yet, some of these moments disappear into the air as soon as the conversation ends. That’s  exactly why The Women 360 Podcast was born.

It wasn’t created to chase trends or add more noise to the internet. It was created to honor the women who have shaped us, the mentors, friends, collaborators, and quiet heroes who walk beside us through the overwhelming, beautiful, unpredictable journey of entrepreneurship.

The Shift: From Member Spotlights to Meaningful Mentorship Stories

When we first began building this podcast, the plan was simple: highlight Women 360 members and hear about their businesses.

But before officially launching, Heather Ferrari, the woman behind the vision paused and said:

“What if we started by honoring the women who helped us get here?”

And everything shifted.

Because the truth is, none of us build businesses alone.
Someone has believed in us.
Someone has held space for us.
Someone has spoken life into us when we were tired, confused, or questioning if we were even on the right path.

The new direction of the podcast focuses on those women: the guides, mentors, sisters, and friends who have walked with us, challenged us, and helped shape our leadership.

This isn’t just about entrepreneurship.
It’s about community, connection, and the relationships that carry us.

Why This Podcast Matters (and Why Yours Might Too)

There is something powerful about recording a conversation between two people who genuinely care about one another.

A podcast creates space for:

  • Honesty that isn’t always shared publicly

  • Stories that would otherwise stay behind closed doors

  • Lessons that can help someone else feel less alone

  • Moments of vulnerability that inspire courage in others

And for many entrepreneurs, this is the missing piece.

Starting a podcast isn’t just about building visibility or marketing your business; it’s about creating a platform where your voice and the voices that shaped you can make an impact beyond your immediate circle.

Maybe you’re someone who has thought about starting your own podcast, but didn’t know where to begin.
Maybe you assumed you needed expensive equipment, the perfect studio, or a huge audience.

You don’t.

You just need a conversation worth sharing.

The rest is we can figure it out.

A Head Start If You’re Thinking of Starting Your Own Podcast

If this sparks something inside you, here are a few simple truths to get you started:

1. Your podcast should stand on purpose, not perfection.

Start with a question: What conversation do I want to bring into the world that isn’t being heard enough?

2. You don’t need to have all the answers.

Some of the best episodes come from curiosity, not expertise.

3. Your first episodes don’t have to be public.

Record a few practice conversations. Let it feel natural. Let yourself find your rhythm.

4. Keep it simple.

A conversation, two people, and one meaningful topic is all you need to begin.

5. Your story matters, but the stories of the people who shaped you matter too.

You’ll be surprised how many listeners connect more deeply with those stories than the polished version of your own.

Where GMMG Comes In (Light + Easy Support)

When The Women 360 decided to create this podcast, our role at Grow More Media Group was simple:

We bring the lights, the cameras, and the behind-the-scenes expertise so their conversations can shine.
We handle the recording, editing, uploading, and posting
so all you have to do is show up, speak from the heart, and invite your guest.

And if you decide to start your own podcast, whether you DIY it or bring in support, the same truth applies:

The magic is already in the conversation.
The technology just helps you share it with the world.

Your Voice Matters and Someone Needs to Hear It

If you’ve ever had a mentor who changed your perspective…
If you’ve ever been lifted up by another woman…
If you’ve ever wished people could hear the conversations that shaped you…

Maybe that’s your sign.
Maybe your podcast needs to exist, too.

The Women 360 Podcast is a reminder that we don’t rise alone.
We rise together one conversation at a time.
