Canva Create 2025 was everything.
From the bold colors to the inspiring speakers, the exciting launch announcements, and even the thoughtfully designed paper napkins this event was truly an experience for the creative soul. I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to attend this year, especially after missing it last year because I hesitated. This time, I said yes, and it blew me away.
This year has been a transformative one for me. After leaving my corporate job earlier in the year, I made it my mission to do more of what lights me up and for me, photography is at the heart of that. Saying yes to events like Canva Create is just one way I’m honoring that mission.
What made the event even more special is how connected I already am to Canva. Even back in my corporate days, I used Canva every single day. It’s been a constant creative tool for my business and now plays a major role in how I design for myself and my clients.

🚀 Code Launch – I’m so excited to start using Canva’s new Code feature! I can already see the possibilities for integrating it into my website and creating smarter, more interactive designs.
🖼️ Multiple Formats in One Design – This is a game-changer! Being able to design for different formats all in one place is going to make client projects so much easier and way more fun.
Behind the Lens: Capturing Creativity
Although I wasn’t officially the event photographer, I naturally stepped into that role and it was amazing. I captured so many genuine moments, from bright smiles to creatives doing their thing and fully immersed in the energy of the space. There’s just something magical about documenting people in their zone of genius.
